Rental Information

The Center’s 51,000 sq ft facility provides affordable office space for start-up businesses, home-based businesses, existing small businesses and corporations wishing to expand into North Omaha. Services provided with the rental of office space include: fax and copy machines, and conference and training rooms. Each suite is private with individual access, and businesses are able to enter the office building complex after normal business hours via security card access.

In addition to these offices, OSBN manages several off-site buildings that meet the needs of entrepreneurs whose businesses have grown beyond the space capacity provided in the Center and/or need a more visible, high-traffic environment. All resident businesses residing in these complexes maintain their access to OSBN services and its related programs.
